4 Mail the registration form and CHECK at least 3 days in advance of the workshop to:

You will be notified of registration payment via phone and may pick up your receipt at the registration desk

5 If you are unable to register online and wish to PAY ONSITE, you MUST register by phone no later than 3 days prior to your desired workshop to ensure your seat in the workshop is reserved and payment will be required upon your arrival. 

Pre-registration is required for all workshops. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of a participant cancellation,  you must cancel within 48 hours of the workshop to receive a full refund.  After this deadline you will be charged a $10 enrollment fee.  Payment will be forfeited for all “NO SHOWS.”   DIY DIVA reserves the right and may need to make the decision to cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances.  In such event, participants will receive a full refund.
